Kinda Cool
Starting at 11am CST tomorrow, Dallas/Fort Worth radio station WBAP (the only local radio station that starts with a W; was one of the first radio stations in the entire state) will be re-broadcasting the tapes of their broadcast of 40 years ago. So, in case any of you are as morbidly interested in history as I am, you can listen to the actual live radio broadcast from Dallas on that day (They're a news/talk station now, but in 1963 they played music, since FM radio wasn't really around yet).

Here is the link for the article about it (they're calling it the JFK40 Project). There's a "Listen Live" button on the left-hand side, in case you want to listen.

fuck, that sounds way cool. I might break out the cassette recorder for that. I hope I wake up in time to hear when they break in with the news that Kennedy was shot.
